To make a purchase order, you must access www.mamaseednaturals.com and follow the steps below.

 

6.1 REGISTRATION

6.3 SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are billed for each order, and presented before the order confirmation. International packages are provided with a tracking number.

 

6.4 PAYMENT

6.5 CONFIRMATION OR CANCELLATION

After making your purchase, the Customer will receive an automatic email to confirm the transaction as a receipt to be printed or saved for future reference.

Your order will be processed only after confirmation of the respective payment.

In case of non-payment or non-performance or non-confirmation of the General Conditions, MamaSeed Naturals reserves the right to not accept the customer’s order, or cancel it, even after the automatic confirmation.

MamaSeed Naturals reserves the right not to confirm and / or to deliver the ordered products, regardless of the reason and disclaims liability for any damages or costs, if:

• There is any unforeseeable event or change the current circumstances that may affect the production, transportation and their costs, or to cause abnormal rises in raw materials prices;

• If for any reason it is impossible to collect and receipt of appropriate payment;

• If the products already ordered are not available;

• If the order has been made with errors in the essential data for the delivery of the order;

• If the order is signed by website security systems such as an incorrect order, irregular and / or considered fraud.

 

In any of these cases, MamaSeed Naturals informs the customer by e-mail about this situation of the sale confirmation impossibility and the consequent cancellation of the order, returning the amount paid for the items.
