Congratulations on starting your child(ren) on their lifelong journey of herbal learnings!
In a time where the digital is completely taking over our lives, the mental wellbeing of our children is seriously being jeopardized. This is something very particular to our evolution, something we cannot seek reference in the past for advice. What did we do when we didn’t even have screens around? We got bored and? well we just didn’t have a choice…. So we went on Imagining, creating, asking stories from our elders, singing, playing music, sports, simply observing our environment and coming up with insights, finding solutions of our own!
(( We are responsible for our creations, which means it is crucial to empower our children to take control of their time spent on/off the screens and with/without Nature. This responsibility calls in us much more creativity and available time than we often have. And that is…
